Account, identity and age data

We may process your sign-in provider, email address, display name, verification state, session records, device identifier, security tokens and fraud-prevention signals to create and protect your account.

Date of birth and the existing 18+ check are used for age eligibility. Love Game, matching and messaging are only for users aged 18 or older.

Sign-in providers and app stores process data under their own terms. We do not store your full payment-card details.

Profile, photos, city and approximate location

We may process profile fields, answers, photos, city, country or region codes and Love Game visibility preferences to provide profiles and safety controls.

Photo access is used only for media you choose. Photos are not used for biometric identification. Your visible avatar preference controls whether your profile photo or initials appear beside live comments.

Selected profile photos may be checked for eligibility and safety using automated image analysis, including Google Gemini when enabled, and moderation tools.

Location permission is optional and foreground-only. We round and store coordinates to suggest your city and calculate approximate distance; exact coordinates are not exposed to other users. You can instead choose a country and city from the supported MENA locations without granting location permission.

Votes and purchases

New eligible accounts may receive 10 free official votes. Love Game Likes, Super Likes or other dating actions do not grant official votes.

Earned, purchased and VIP Membership weekly votes are kept in one balance and may be used in the Vote tab or during live broadcasts.

We process product identifiers, store verification results, purchase lineage, refunds, chargebacks, balances and vote ledger events to deliver purchases, prevent replay or fraud, reconcile results and meet legal obligations.

Apple or Google verifies and bills store purchases. Refunded or fraudulent transactions and votes derived from them may be revoked through their recorded purchase lineage.

Live, Love Game and user content

We may process live attendance, votes, chat messages, avatars, matches, messages, reports, blocks and moderation evidence to run the service and protect users.

Camera and microphone access is requested when you choose to broadcast. Audio and video are transmitted through the live provider and may be streamed or recorded on the linked YouTube channel according to the broadcast visibility. Viewing a stream does not require camera or microphone access.

Profiles and user content are optional public or shared content depending on the feature. Do not post identification numbers, financial details, passwords, verification codes, exact addresses or sensitive information you do not want others to receive.

Content may be reviewed, restricted or retained where needed for moderation, safety, complaints, legal obligations and the protection of rights.

Notifications, analytics and security

We process the device language (Arabic or English), push token, permission state and notification preferences so service and campaign messages can be rendered for that device.

Crash, performance, product-interaction, rate-limit and security data may be processed. Third-party analytics remains disabled unless the applicable consent and tracking permission gates are satisfied.

Email addresses, phone numbers, names, photos, OTPs, purchase evidence, authentication tokens and raw device fingerprints must not be sent as analytics event properties.

Recipients, transfers and retention

Data may be shared only as needed with hosting, database, storage/CDN, security, analytics, crash reporting, notification, email, support, app-store verification, subscription, live-stream and chat providers. These may include Apple, Google, Firebase, Amplitude, AWS, CloudFront, S3, YouTube, LiveKit, Amazon IVS, Cloudflare and Resend.

Quwet account and application records are kept in Quwet services. Live broadcasts may use infrastructure and a YouTube channel shared with the Türkiye show. Provider processing and support may involve transfers to Türkiye and other countries where our providers operate, subject to applicable data-protection requirements.

We retain account data while needed to provide the service. Account deletion removes or de-identifies profile data, location, messages and active sessions. Limited purchase, refund, consent, safety and audit records may remain as necessary for fraud prevention, legal duties and disputes. Backups expire on their retention schedule; contact us for the retention basis that applies to a specific record.

Authorized authorities receive data only when legally required and within the scope of a valid request.

Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability or information about recipients, and may complain to a competent authority.

You can change optional notification and visibility settings in the app and start account deletion from Profile > Privacy & Data. Legal, purchase, refund, fraud and dispute records may remain for mandatory retention periods.
