Accounts, purchases and safety
For purchase help, include the product name, store and transaction date. Do not purchase again to resolve a delivery problem. Manage or cancel subscriptions in Apple or Google Play subscription settings; deleting your account or app does not cancel a subscription.
You can request account deletion by email without opening the app. Use the subject “Quwet El Hob account deletion” and identify the linked account email. For child safety reports, use “Quwet El Hob child safety” and do not attach child sexual abuse material.
In an emergency, contact the appropriate local authority.
