Parties and service

These Terms are between İÇ YAPIMLAR FİLM PROGRAMLARI YAPIMCILIK SAN. VE TİC. A.Ş. (the “Operator”) and the person who creates or uses a Quwet El Hob account (the “User”).

The service is an entertainment and reality-show companion with voting, live interaction, optional connections, messaging and store purchases. Third-party services remain subject to their own terms.

Account, age and security

You must provide accurate information, use only identities and payment methods you are authorized to use, protect your account and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

Love Game, matching, messaging and profile visibility are for users aged 18 or older. Accounts are personal and may not be sold, rented, transferred or shared.

Conduct, content and moderation

Harassment, threats, hate, discrimination, sexual exploitation, violence, fraud, spam, impersonation, unlawful promotion, bots, reverse engineering, security abuse and vote manipulation are prohibited.

You are responsible for content you submit and must have the necessary rights. The Operator may remove content, limit visibility, preserve evidence, suspend features or accounts, and report conduct when required for safety or law.

Report and block tools reduce risk but do not guarantee another person's identity, conduct, compatibility or safety. Do not share passwords, OTPs, financial information, exact addresses or sensitive documents with other users.

Free official votes and results

A newly eligible account may receive 10 free official votes, subject to server-authoritative account, device, consent and onboarding rules. Love Game activity does not create a vote reward.

Vote rights may be spent in the Vote tab or during live broadcasts. Votes are not cash, cannot be transferred or traded, and may be revoked for fraud, automation, duplicate accounts, technical abuse or invalid eligibility.

Official results may include accepted free official votes and accepted paid votes. Technical corrections, refunds, fraud findings, schedule changes or force majeure may delay or adjust results.

Vote purchases and subscriptions

Vote packages bought during a live broadcast are sold through Apple App Store or Google Play and sent directly to the selected contestant during a live broadcast. Normal vote packages add rights to your shared vote balance.

VIP Membership weekly votes are normal vote rights. Earned, purchased and membership vote rights may be used in the Vote tab and live broadcasts. Votes cannot be converted into cash or transferred.

The store shows the localized price, tax and payment obligation before confirmation. Subscriptions renew under store rules until cancelled in the store account; deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Verified purchases are bound to the purchasing account and evidence. Duplicate evidence is not credited twice. Refunds, chargebacks, cancellations or fraud may revoke unused rights and votes traceable to the purchase.

Love Game

Love Game is optional and does not guarantee a relationship, meeting, identity, compatibility or safety. Its separate dating consumables and VIP Membership may remain available at the prices shown by the store.

Dating actions do not earn free official votes. Users must follow consent, age, photo, visibility, messaging, report and block requirements.

Availability and third parties

The service is provided within technical limits and may be interrupted. The Operator does not control outages or policy decisions of Apple, Google, YouTube, LiveKit, Amazon IVS, Firebase, Amplitude, Cloudflare or other providers.

Apple and Google are not sponsors or organizers of the show, voting, live broadcasts, promotions, matches or user interactions.

Suspension, deletion and governing terms

Violations may result in warnings, content removal, vote or entitlement revocation, feature restriction, suspension, termination or lawful reporting. Account deletion does not erase mandatory purchase, refund, security, audit or dispute records.

The Operator is established in Türkiye. Turkish law and Istanbul courts apply where legally permitted, without limiting mandatory consumer, data-protection or dispute-resolution rights available in your place of residence.
