Request deletion without the app

Email iletisim@askingucu.com.tr with the subject “Quwet El Hob account deletion”. Use the email linked to your account where possible and state that you want your account and associated data deleted. If you used Apple Hide My Email, mention that sign-in method.

You do not need to reinstall the app. If you cannot access the linked email, describe that in your request so support can verify ownership. Never send your password, verification code or payment-card details. Support will explain any verification needed and confirm when the request is processed.

Before you confirm

Deletion signs you out, revokes app sessions, removes profile photos and location, closes matches, removes or redacts messages, and deletes notification tokens and preferences. Account identifiers are deleted or de-identified. Deletion cannot transfer purchases or restore spent votes.

Deleting the account or app does not cancel an Apple or Google subscription. Cancel it separately in the purchasing store.

Data that may remain

Limited purchase, refund, chargeback, vote, consent, fraud, safety-report, audit and dispute records may remain where necessary for legal duties, transaction integrity or protection of other users. They are not used to keep your profile discoverable. Retention depends on the record and applicable obligation; ask support for the basis and period relevant to your request. Backup copies expire on the backup retention schedule. Copies saved or shared independently by other people or external platforms are outside your app account.

Identity providers

The app attempts the supported Apple or Google disconnect and revocation steps. Deleting this app account does not necessarily delete the underlying Apple or Google account.
